: (1) If a collective demand claim is submitted in accordance with section 116, the relevant employer shall give a written notice to the collective bargaining committee within seven days of the submission of the demand claim, stating the place and time of the negotiation.
(2) If a notice has been given in accordance with sub-section (1), the members of the collective bargaining committee must be present to negotiate at the place and time mentioned in the notice.
(3) If there is an agreement or agreement between the two parties during the negotiation according to sub-section (2), the dispute regarding the collective demand claim will be resolved.
(4) The agreement made in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be binding on the parties concerned.
